1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering, accessing or using any services provided by TTB11 through the website ttb11.onl or the ttb11 mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ttb11.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the ttb11 platform. Continued use of the ttb11 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration
To register and use ttb11 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling activities are prohibited
- Not currently subject to any self-exclusion programme from gambling activities
- Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information
Ttb11 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
Warning: Registering an account using false information or on behalf of another person is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance in that account.
3 Member Account Responsibilities
Every ttb11 member is permitted to hold one (1) account only
. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- Ensuring no unauthorized party accesses your account without your permission
- Notify TTB11 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account
- Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur
- Be responsible for all activities and transactions carried out through your account
ttb11 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. This feature is available in your account settings.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds
Ttb11 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and other digital payment methods.
Deposit Terms:
- The minimum deposit is as stated on the deposit counter page in your account
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own name
- Ttb11 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other members
- Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within minutes
Withdrawal Terms:
- Regular deposit funds (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover requirements
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit
- KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed
- Ttb11 processes withdrawals automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated on the withdrawal page
Withdrawals via e-wallet are typically completed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–24 hours depending on your bank.
5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements
Ttb11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:
- Each bonus has its own rollover requirement, which is clearly stated at the time the offer is made
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each new member
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements
- Rollover requirements must be met within the stipulated time frame; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
- Ttb11 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means or fraud
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved
Any attempt to abuse the ttb11 bonus system, including but not limited to hedge betting across different accounts, will be treated as fraud and the account in question will be terminated.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play
Ttb11 provides a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. To maintain the integrity of the platform, all members must comply with the following rules:
- All games must be played individually by the account holder only
- Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final
- Any technical interruption during gameplay will be resolved based on ttb11 server records, which are considered the official record
- Ttb11 reserves the right to void any bet placed during a technical disruption or odds display error
- Members are not permitted to use any software or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the system or other members

7 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TTB11 platform and may result in immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering or using more than one ttb11 account
- Sharing or lending your account to any other party for their use
- Using bot software, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence to play or place bets
- Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
- Committing credit card fraud, document forgery or any form of financial deception
- Exploiting technical bugs or system errors for unfair advantage
- Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system
- Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members or ttb11 staff
ttb11 works closely with the relevant authorities. Any activity suspected of involving financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
Ttb11 values the privacy and security of your personal data. All information you provide to ttb11 is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy.

9 TTB11 Liability Limits

- Losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures or technical factors beyond TTB11's control
- Financial losses incurred from gaming activity — all wagers are placed at your own risk
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the ttb11 platform

10 Account Suspension and Termination
Ttb11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- Member found to have violated any terms stated in this document
- Ttb11 suspects fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Member failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated period
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- Member has requested voluntary account closure
In the event of account termination due to fraud or breach of terms, TTB11 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in the account. For terminations due to other reasons, eligible deposit funds will be returned upon completion of the review process.
11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ttb11 operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the ttb11 platform shall be resolved through the following process:
- Step 1: Contact the TTB11 customer support team to attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 14 working days
- Step 2: If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually appointed independent arbitrator
- Step 3: Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties
